Ceiling tiles at these stores are residential grade. We only use commercial grade. Unfortunately, residential tiles are not made as well and may sag over time. We buy all ceiling tiles and associated materials wholesale, which allows us to pass on much of the savings to you our customer. The big box stores also buy their ceiling tiles at wholesale pricing. Yet, with their millions in overhead costs, they cannot pass on any savings to you the consumer.
